Paul A. Bender earned his undergraduate B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He then received his Juris Doctorate from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. Following law school, Mr. Bender served as an Assistant Erie County District Attorney. Later, he went on to serve as counsel for Allstate Insurance Company, managing their Buffalo, New York office.
Mr. Bender now practices in the areas of personal injury and criminal defense, as well as general practice areas relating to wills, real estate, and commercial matters. He is currently proud to serve as the President of the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association.
